2. Informational service only

BALGRAD.AI helps users search products, compare sourced retailer offers and review available price history. We are not currently a retailer, marketplace, payment provider, broker or contracting party to a purchase. No account, subscription or paid BALGRAD.AI service is currently offered.

A purchase is made directly with the selected retailer. The retailer’s terms, privacy notice, delivery rules, returns process and consumer-law obligations apply to that transaction.

3. Prices, availability and product information

Prices, shipping, stock, specifications and images may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Source snapshots are not live quotes. Always confirm the exact product variant, package contents, final price, delivery cost, availability and seller identity on the retailer’s site before purchasing.

4. Deal Score

The BALGRAD Deal Score is an informational estimate based on available offer freshness, price history, shipping visibility and other stated methodology. It is not financial, investment or professional advice and does not guarantee savings or future prices.

Deal Scores are editorially independent. If affiliate relationships are introduced later, commissions will not buy a better score, ranking or recommendation. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful personal or business research. You must not interfere with security, probe restricted systems, submit malicious code, overload the service, scrape it in a way that impairs availability, misrepresent BALGRAD.AI data as guaranteed, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

6. Intellectual property and third-party material

The BALGRAD.AI design, original text, software and methodology are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product names, trademarks, retailer content and images belong to their respective owners. Limited use of third-party material is for identification, comparison and source attribution and does not imply endorsement.

7. External links

Retailer and source links lead to independent third parties. We do not control their content, security, availability or practices. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement.

8. Availability and changes

The early-access service may change, be suspended or be withdrawn. We may update catalog coverage, methodology and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free data. BALGRAD j.d.o.o. is not responsible for retailer acts, purchasing decisions, price changes or indirect losses caused by reliance on unconfirmed information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law

Croatian law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Croatian courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
