Manage analytics

Essential site functions remain available whichever option you choose. Optional analytics stay off unless you accept them. Withdrawal applies immediately to future events.

Requests by email

For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, email bozidar@balgrad.hr with the subject “BALGRAD.AI privacy request”. State the right you want to exercise and the country or region relevant to your request.

If your request concerns optional analytics, include the analytics session identifier from the downloaded browser privacy record when available. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request proportionate verification through a secure method.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge and classify the request.
2. We verify identity only to the extent reasonably necessary.
3. We search the systems relevant to the request and respond within the period required by applicable law.
4. We explain any lawful exception, extension or inability to identify data.

A random analytics identifier may not be linkable to your name or email. If we cannot reasonably identify which records relate to you, we will explain that limitation rather than collecting excessive new identity data.

Complaints and appeals

You may reply to our decision if you believe it is incomplete. EU/EEA residents may also contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or their local authority. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office where applicable. California residents may use this same channel for an appeal or complaint even where a specific statute does not apply to our current scale.
