PRIVACY
Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies used by the current site.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
1. Current use
BALGRAD.AI does not currently set advertising, social-media or affiliate cookies. The application uses first-party local storage to remember your privacy choice and, only after analytics consent, session storage for a random analytics session identifier.
| Storage | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
balgrad-privacy-consent | Stores the policy version, analytics choice, choice date and whether Global Privacy Control was honoured. | Up to 180 days, then renewed; earlier if changed or cleared. | Strictly necessary preference storage |
balgrad-session | Random UUID used to group consented product-analytics events within one browser session. | Browser session; removed when analytics are rejected. | Optional analytics |
2. Consent
Optional analytics and its session storage remain off until you select “Accept analytics”. “Reject non-essential” provides the same site functionality without optional analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on Privacy Choices. Consent expires after 180 days so that we can ask again using the current information.
3. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, BALGRAD.AI treats it as a rejection of optional analytics on that browser.
4. Hosting and third-party storage
Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security or load-balancing technologies to deliver and protect the service. Protected review deployments may require an authentication cookie, but that is not part of the public-site analytics system. Retailer sites and image hosts are independent and may apply their own technologies after your browser connects to them.
5. Browser controls
You can also clear site data in your browser. Clearing it removes the saved preference and we will ask again on a later visit. Blocking storage entirely keeps optional analytics off.
6. Changes
We will update this policy before enabling any materially different analytics, advertising or affiliate technology.
