BALGRAD.AI is a shopping-intelligence and product price-comparison service operated by BALGRAD j.d.o.o. in Goričan, Croatia.

## Core principle

Identify the exact product first, then compare only retailer offers and price history that belong to that exact identity. Nearby models, bundles, regional variants and package differences are not silently merged.

## Product identity

Strong identity evidence can include GTIN, manufacturer part number (MPN), brand, model and variant details. Conflicting or unresolved evidence is not treated as interchangeable.

## Retailer prices

Retailer prices remain in their original currency. Item price and shipping are kept separate when the source provides both. Unknown shipping is not treated as free, and BALGRAD.AI does not hide exchange-rate assumptions behind automatic currency conversion.

## Freshness and evidence

Supported retailer sources are refreshed on bounded schedules. Public offers carry last-checked timestamps, and verified price-history observations accumulate over time. The retailer remains the final source of truth for checkout price, stock, tax, shipping and delivery terms.

## Independence

Affiliate commissions are not currently active. Retailer relationships do not buy a better Deal Score, ranking or recommendation.

## Limits

BALGRAD.AI does not claim to cover every retailer or every product, does not guarantee the globally lowest possible price, and does not manufacture missing price history. When evidence is insufficient, conclusions are withheld rather than invented.
